Question: What should I do if I am not satisfied with my Wibes.pk purchase? If you are not satisfied, you can contact us within 7 days according to our return and exchange policy at 03211330048.

Question: Orders & Payments If you have received a faulty, damaged, or defective product, you can write to us at sales@Wibes.pk, and our customer service representative will assist you. Please make sure to contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any complaints made after 24 hours will not be facilitated.

Question: Do you ship globally? We only deliver within Pakistan.

Question: I am unable to place an order. What should I do? You can contact our customer service team to place an order.

Question: How long will my order take to be delivered? Delivery within Lahore takes 2 to 3 days, and in other cities, it takes 5-6 working days.

Question: Where can I buy your products in stores? You can buy our products at Al-Fatah Store, Imtiaz Store, or D-Watson.

Question: What is your refund & exchange policy? If you receive a damaged product, you can make an unboxing video and send it to our WhatsApp number within 24 hours. The return process takes 2 to 3 weeks. Also, we do not have a refund policy.

Question: Do you accept orders over the phone or email? You can place your order on our website, via email, or over the phone.

Question: Can I edit my order? You can make changes to your order before it is dispatched. Once the order is on its way, changes cannot be made.

Question: Can I cancel my order? If your order has not been dispatched, it can be canceled. Once it is dispatched and on its way, it cannot be canceled.

Question: Does Wibes.pk have a physical store? Yes, we have physical stores within the departmental stores, such as at Al-Fatah Store, Imtiaz Store, and other well-known stores.

Question: What are the delivery charges? The delivery charges are 200 if the order amount is less than 3000.
